Xcraft Neon began as the bold dream of Phoebe Ngo and Jacky Nguyen—a husband-and-wife duo obsessed with blending creativity and innovation. In 2020, from their home in Germantown, MD, they saw a gap: affordable, stunning neon signs just didn’t exist. So, they did what any dreamers would—they built their own. What started as a small project to light up their living room quickly ignited into something extraordinary.

With Jacky Nguyen’s design expertise and Phoebe Ngo’s impeccable eye for detail, Xcraft Neon was born. They wanted to create neon signs that weren't just lights, but bold, artful expressions that add a spark to any space to offer high-quality, custom-made neon signs that are within reach for everyone, whether it’s for a business, event, or personal project.
